Because our model shipyard has tested each of our designs for years and knows them down to the last detail, we are able to exclusively manufacture, calibrate, and test models for you before they arrive at the owner. Each boat receives a unique type plate with a serial number. The owner's name is also engraved. All boats are shipped in a metal transport box via DHL within 1-2 months. After acceptance, the customer receives a video report to verify the functions. Afterward, the boat is shipped via DHL or handed over at our shipyard in Jena.

After all customer requirements have been clarified, the offer will be sent via email as a PDF. After confirmation, an invoice with the terms and conditions will be sent as a PDF. Payment is made in advance and is bilaterally binding until the boat is delivered. We then build the model and provide information during the construction process.
